Firstly, the expansion of the house will not conflict with the allowable minimum distances to neighboring buildings or neighboring plots. Secondly, new extensions fully meet the fire safety requirements and do not lower this indicator of an existing structure. Thirdly, underground utilities are not located under the site of the new extension.
